Home remedies are everyones favourite and curd is a popular ingredient in home face masks
Curd contains lactic acid which can moisturise the skin making skin brighter.
In one study, they found out that curd face mask application improves moisture, brightness and electricity of treated skin*
Ways to use curd on face
✅curd and cucumber mask.
Grate a cucumber and add curb to make a pack. Apply as a thick layer on the face
✅curd and turmeric mask
Add a half teaspoon of turmeric in a bowl of curd and apply a thin layer on face and neck
✅curd and honey mask
This can help acne prone skin. Use low fat curd and add a tea spoon of honey and apply it on your face
✅curd and Papaya mask
Mix mashed papaya with curd into a thick paste and apply it evenly on your face
⚠️Remember to wash the mask off with cool water and use a layer of moisturiser
❌avoid lemon as it can cause irritation to the skin and increase sensitivity of skin to sun.
⚠️Besan and curd is a popular face pack bit will not suit those with dry skin or those using skin care actives. It might irritate the skin. Always use finely ground besan if you want to and not coarse besan.
