This 10-minute stretching workout can help kids relieve stress and relax their bodies and muscles.

A good stretching routine can release kids’ tension, producing a relaxing effect that will increase serotonin production, which will keep the little ones happier and calmer. The routine consists of single muscle stretches, less intense compound exercises that stretch the limbs, and flexibility training. Kids can do this routine first thing in the morning to start their day with a great sense of well-being, or at night to relax the body, muscles, and mind for a peaceful and restful night’s sleep!
